The ground level hosts the living room, a full equipped open kitchen, a dining area, a bedroom and a bathroom where the underground level hosts four bedrooms, three bathrooms, a small kitchen, a living room and a laundry room. All rooms are fully air.

The well designed outdoor area located in front of the villa displays a large modern pool and a great lounge area around it. There is a very comfortable dining table under the elegant wooden pergola and a built-in BBQ.

The pool area is equipped with several sun beds and three big umbrellas providing comfort for guests in order to enjoy the sea views. A well kept garden completes the outside living area, making it perfect for family and friends to enjoy each other’s company in a beautiful setting.

The villa is ideal for families with young children as there is plenty of room for play, or for couples and friends that want to enjoy everything Mykonos has to offer while also being able to retreat into a more private setting.

This traditional Villa is situated near the marvelous golden sands of Agios Sostis beach, famous for its unspoilt nature and turquoise waters.

The villa enjoys a privileged position with extensive sea view over the Aegean Sea and the northern coast of the island, which unveils the true beauty of Mykonos Greece original landscapes. It is eight minutes away from Mykonos town and near to island’s cosmopolitan attractions.

The style of this villa is exquisite: the smooth-edged architecture donates to the exterior of the building a pure look, while the interior is sober and embellished with flair. The bamboo pergola is a relaxing place to enjoy cold drinks and aperitifs prepared from the outside pool bar. The villa has its own private pool with infinite view to the sea.

The interior of the house is fully furnished and is composed of three levels. The middle level has a very comfortable sitting room and a large kitchen with open informal dining room, very functional and nicely designed. The master bedroom with its bathroom is also situated there. On the top level there are three bedrooms (two bedrooms with double bed and one bedroom with two single beds), which are bright and spacious and have spectacular view at the sea. The lower level of the villa has its own separate entrance and includes a bedroom with a stone-build double bed, a sitting room with stone-build single bed, small kitchen and bathroom.

The swimming pool is located in front of the villa and has its own pool bar and sunbeds for the guests. At the backside area there is a huge parking space that can hold more than ten cars.

The villa is available for private hire, such as social events, weddings, various celebrations and can seat up to 90 guests. Mykonos Greece is the perfect choice to celebrate a special occasion.

The ground level hosts the living room, a full equipped open kitchen and the dining area. At the top level there is the master bedroom with its bathroom and its own veranda with view to the sea. The underground level hosts three double bedrooms, two bathrooms, a small kitchen and the laundry room. All rooms are fully air conditioned.

We are minimalists with respect for beauty in all its forms. We’ve grown to love the simplest things in life: good food, music, nature, creativity and loving company. That’s how we came to define this bubble we call home. Hosting up to 12 people, our 6 master bedrooms are what we call ‘the comfort zone’. They hug us with peace and serenity, snoozing us with their soundproof walls, and reenergising us with their bright morning light. Our favourite memories are those under the sun. Between the pool, barbecue, hammock area and rooftop sunset, we’re always floating in this multi-level experience, ready to feel something new every single day.

The best 360 view of the island is 5 minutes away, right at the lighthouse, and the town is not more than a 10 minute ride. And the best part is, we drive by a mesmerising view of the island that only Kastro, Fanari, residents get to enjoy everyday.
